I’m so excited! I’ve been waiting for this day for three years now. January 23, 2020. Some people know it as Thursday. I know it as the day of Window Con. A convention all about windows that happens once every three years. It’s so much fun. 2017 was my first ever Window Con, and I honestly thought it would be boring. My friend brought me along and I expected the longest, most horrible day of my life. Boy was I wrong! I think I enjoyed it more than my good human friend John C. Now that I think about it, I haven’t heard from Sam in a while. I hope everything is going well with his perfectly normal human life.
Why do I enjoy Window Con so much? Why wouldn’t I enjoy it? There are so many different windows to see, and so many services to order. I took a sledgehammer to my kitchen window and smashed it to pieces this morning, just so I can find window frame replacement. Melbourne Window Con will have the best of the best available. As for the different types of windows, there is so much variety. Double hung windows, sliding windows, timber windows, aluminium windows, sash windows. You name it, and it’ll be there.
Last time John C found out where to get double hung windows installation for his garage. From the photos, it looks like it went well. He also spent a lot of time checking out car windows and different tints, for some reason. My highlight of the day, however, was when we got to see all the frosted and decorative glass windows. There are so many creative and incredible designs. I can’t wait to see if there are more unique ones this time. Maybe I’ll even buy them for my house. I’d love a decorative glass window depicting a salami and cheese sandwich to replace my broken window. Window Con is going to be great.
