10.0% sales tax applies within Australia. This is included in all prices. It will be subtracted from international orders on checkout.

Shipping & Handling

For postage within Australia we use Australia Post parcel satchels and for international postage we use Australia Post’s Air mail service. We aim to send your mail order by the next business day after we have processed your payment. Delivery charges depend on weight of goods and DOES NOT include additional duties and other custom charges that international mail order customers may incur upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as a postal strike, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, peak Xmas postal volumes, etc.

Garment Sizing & Care Instructions

We recommend you check out our sizing information before you make your selection and carefully follow the care instructions. If you have any questions or are unsure of your size please email us at shop@genki.com.au and we will help you.

Returns/Exchanges

We understand there is a chance you may need to change a size or colour or perhaps something isn’t how you imagined it would be. We are happy to offer you an exchange or credit note (or ONLY on the Suzette Skirt, Annie pant or Jodie shorts, a refund) so long as:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition as it was when we posted it off to you;
  • You contact us via email within 7 days of delivery;
  • Included with your return is the original receipt together with a brief note to explain why you are returning the item & what item/size you would like to exchange for (sale stock is non-exchangeable); and
  • You pay for the additional postage & handling of sending your requested exchange item(s) or include a pre paid Australia Post satchel.

Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Genki reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned without proof of purchase or a return authorization number or an assessment of the item clearly indicates it is not a manufacturing related fault. If the fault is manufacturing related and is unable to be fixed, we will be happy to give you a full refund on the item purchased or exchange to the same cost of the faulty item.

Privacy

We collect personal information from you in order to process your mail orders and, from time to time, so we can let you know about special promotions, sales, new products available or to get your feedback on our website or services. You can notify Genki at any time if you no longer wish to receive such information. Genki does not share its information and, in keeping with our aim to protect our customers' privacy, all information collected by us is treated as confidential.
